  • When the fairgrounds is at full capacity, current and prospective boarders can be placed on a waitlist.

The waitlist will be maintained on a first come, first serve basis. When space becomes available, the Boarding Facilitators will contact the first person on the waitlist.

Any refund for boarding fees will be processed by the KRSF Board.

If this brings the total number of horses you are boarding to zero, you will have the option of holding onto your pasture for 90 days. An extension can be requested.

  • If available, boarders can rent additional storage space.

Contact the Boarding Facilitators to submit a request for more storage or to confirm availability and cost of additional storage.

  • Any permanent modifications to pastures, shelters, or stalls must be approved by the KRSF Board and become the property of the fairgrounds.

  • Boarders may submit funding requests for necessary improvements or repairs.

Requests need to be submitted prior to beginning work.

Funding is capped at $900.00 per shelter.
