The vendors who come out for the Kodiak Rodeo and State Fair is an eclectic lineup. Everyone from individuals to large businesses, food to crafters and artists.

Setup and breakdown times are event specific. Please contact us with any questions you have concerning setting up your booth and taking it down.

You will be able to access your rented space for setup, takedown, and unloading. Times and routes may change depending on the event. Please contact us to find out the schedule and gate access for your specific event.

Non-cooking vendors shall have a minimum of one easily accessible, 2:A-10:BC rated fire extinguisher that has been tagged for annual service within the last 12 months by an approved fire extinguisher permit holder. The tag must be attached to the fire extinguisher.
Cooking vendors - please review the vendor handbook for fire extinguisher requirements.
Propane tanks are not allowed in/under a tent or within three feet of a tent.
Open flame grills designs must be approved by the KRSF board in advance.
Food booth vehicles must display tags of approval by the fire marshal.

Kodiak Island’s weather is unpredictable and can change drastically throughout the day. It is highly recommended vendors come prepared with a plan for waterproofing and weighting down their tent. Be prepared for it all: rain, shine, cold, or heavy winds!
